    I suppose the autumn colours have finally won me over, or rather my closet. Yellow and green have been my wardrobe staple lately, and even the nails are not to be spared in this sartorial celebration of the most abundant of seasons. 

 

    I took these photos right after an afternoon drizzle, not much sunlight to be honest but the trees were always greener in the damp air. Have a great weekend, my dears!

Green October

 

 

    Here're some new stuff I got this month. Ear-cuffs are new territory for me, but this dragon one from Romwe is just so "Game of Thrones"-ish I had to give it a try. Also I acquired some ancient-looking bangles and a lovely emerald green bow, adore 'em all.

 

    And then there's this green cardigan with gold glitters that arrived in the mail last week. The green hue is so very fall and I'm thinking of pairing it with a mustard yellow skirt or a pair of yellow tights. You can see the green better here.

    For some reason I'm developing an affinity for dishevelled semi-grungy looks. Perhaps it has something to do with the frayed denim shorts from Romwe I'm addicted to these days, perhaps it's these oh-so-manly Docs that are the culprits.

Fall Eats

 

 

    It has been raining practically every afternoon these days so I'm rendered indoor-bound. I have a tonne of outfits that I want to shoot and it's all very frustrating. I guess the stew must originate from some unfortunate soul who was trapped indoors by lousy weather with plenty of time to watch the pot boil and bubble. This apple chicken stew was culled from lifescript and just took a snap to make. Plus all that cider and apples make the cold weather that much more agreeable, don't you think?

    I'm now immersed in a computer game of modern-day-meets-fairytale material, castles aplenty, damsels in distress ... that sort of thing. Forgive me if I'm possessed to dress medieval-ish, it's the unfortunate curse of irretractable game obssession, you see.

 

    By the way, this cami from Kristine's Collection is fast becoming a favourite, I love pairing it with maxis because it just looks dramatic yet romantic. The burgundy maxi skirt however is going to the tailor's soon to be snipped off of a few inches, and then my ankles can breath!

    These days I'm pretty much into dark nails and dark Japanese movies that kill off someone every 5 minutes. Also a new fan of the greatness that is unkempt bedhead + phone-wielding pose, which in some weird twisted way makes you look lazy and busy at the same time.
